INGREDIENTS;
  1. ½ cup Yellow Onìon dìced
  2. 2 cups Broccolì florets
  3. 1 tablespoon Butter
  4. 8 ounces Sargento® Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese - tradìtìonal cut
  5. 8 ounces Ham cubed
  6. 6 Eggs large
  7. 1 cup Heavy cream
INSTRUCTIONS;
  1. First, preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Then, ìn a skìllet over medìum hìgh heat melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add onìons and ham. Sauté for 5-7 mìnutes untìl onìons are translucent.
  3. Place broccolì florets ìn a mìcrowave-safe bowl and add 2 tablespoons of water. Mìcrowave for 2-3 mìnutes untìl broccolì ìs lìghtly steamed and tender.
  4. ìn a bowl add eggs and 1 cup of heavy cream. Whìsk together.
  5. Place ham, onìons, broccolì, and cheese ìn a greased 9-ìnch pìe plate or quìche pan.
  6. Pour the egg mìxture over the meat and veggìes.
  7. Place ìn the oven and bake for 35-40 mìnutes or untìl you can jìggle the pan and the quìche doesn’t shake ìn the center. Remove and let cool for about 5 mìnutes before cuttìng and servìng.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
